🎆 Star-Spangled Spectaculars Around Comal and Guadalupe Counties!
This Independence Day, the skies—and the streets—of New Braunfels, Seguin, and Canyon Lake are lighting up with red, white, and blue fun for the whole family! In New Braunfels, kick off the celebration with the charming “small‑town” parade through downtown at 9:15 am, followed by live music and a grand fireworks show over Landa Lake at approximately 9:15 pm—complete with parachuting daredevils, patriotic tunes on KGNB, and park attractions open all day (hillcountryportal.com, mycanyonlake.com, newbraunfels.gov).
In Seguin, the weekend’s patriotic party heats up early: enjoy the Fireworks Fiesta on July 3 at Starcke Park (starting around 9:30 pm), then join the city’s renowned “Biggest Small-Town Fourth of July Parade in Texas” at 10 am on July 4. End with a Flag Raising Ceremony in Central Park and wrap up with a family-friendly Freedom Fiesta (and first-ever Craft Beer & Wine Fest!) July 5 (seguintexas.gov).
Over at Canyon Lake, don your best red‑white‑and‑blue gear and head to Startzville for the annual parade down FM 2673 at 10 am, led by a VFW-hosted flyover, hot dogs at the VFW afterward—and later that night, a stunning fireworks show over the lake (mycanyonlake.com).
God Bless AMERICA and Happy 4th of July!!!
